Who we are:
We are a local, independent speciality coffee shop with located in MediaCity, Salford and with our own roastery in Manchester, since 2014. Our coffee is some of the best amongst the speciality scene in the north, and our food is also turning a lot of heads, serving up the best breakfast and brunch on Media City!
The ideal candidate will be one that can work under pressure, keeping calm and maintaining all standards of quality and enthusiasm.
What we are looking for in you:
Required:
- Excellent customer service
- Experience of working in a high pressured environment
- Flexible, solution led approach
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety procedures
- Ability to problem solve under pressure
- Weekend availability
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to remain calm
Desirable:
- Allergens knowledge
- Brunch/restaurant experience
Some of your responsibilities would be:
- Greeting costumers
- Deliver drinks and food to the tables
- Serve costumers at the till
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Manage the floor flow
- Organising tables
- Restocking
- Washing dishes
- Communicate with FOH and BOH
- Reporting to supervisor/GM
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.42 per hour
